And in 6 man teams, someone who knows theyre not performing the best will always have the fear of being replaced for a few tournaments. Does he practice with the team? Then one person would always have to sit out. The other problem is keeping that stand in prepared at all times. Some orgs may no want to spend extra money on a player who wont play all the time, and that 6th player may have motivational issues unless the perfect stand in is found who doesnt care if they rarely play. The only problem with stand ins or 6 man teams (except for Space Soldiers, which seems to be working fine) is motivational issues and stuff. Or something that sets basic rules for every tournament that's associated with counterstrike. We need a united council, that sets rule for every tournament that wants to have teams attend that are connected to the council. And we can't blame mouz, they're playing by the rules, it's just that the rules are allowing them to perform better / worse depending on what standin they choose. And if it's a really important you can get the chance to delay enough so that your contracted standin can get ready, or the coach to get in shape. I mean, they still might lose here, but this just shows we need a rule for every tournament that says if you can't field a full lineup you need to forfeit. S1mple is always hungry to win, no matter what, and he plays the same role as Oskar. I'm not saying that they prefer to use s1mple instead of Oskar, but it's basically the best replacent you could get. They struggled versus nemiga with lmbt, they struggled versus spirit with dennis, and now they chose s1mple because Vega is the strongest opponents they've faced thus far. Alternative you could ask for a special treatment and delay the game for an hour or so, so that you can get in contact with your contracted ringer or coach to get ready. This is why every team should have a signed standin, a guy that always stands in for the team if they need him to, and if he can't then you either use the coach or you forfeit. What I don't like is that the tournament allows Mouz to abuse the rules, it's just not fair to the other teams. Nothing against mouz as a team, I like them, kind of a new Faze but obviously not as good just yet.
